oastal Home Inspection Services, LLC was established in 2006.

As the owners / inspectors, we have 10 years of residential home construction experience individually.  We each have 90 hours of specialized home inspection training and are certified graduates of the Professional Home Inspection Institute (PHII) as well as members of several industry organizations. 

We both hold South Carolina home inspection licenses, issued through the SC Residential Builders Commission and have been supporters / participants of Habitat Houses in the Carolinas.

As part of our service, we strictly adhere to the highest standards of quality and professionalism as established by the state of SC and the American Society of Home Inspectors.

To conduct our inspections, we utilize the latest technology and equipment to thoroughly investigate and report on every critical structure and system of your new home.
