Why Hire Me For Your Home Inspection?

As a Certified Home Inspector with the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI), I have taken and passed NACHI required examinations to become a member. NACHI is the only Home Inspection Association to require testing prior to becoming a member.
I take the time needed to thoroughly evaluate the condition of your potential home and to educate you about it.
I am dedicated to continuing education, in order to serve you better and give you the best service that I can.
I create easy to understand reports with color photos and an easy to read summary. Your report will typically be completed and available for you between 24 to 36 hours after the end of the inspection.
I realize that as a buyer, seller or home owner, your schedule is busy. In order to accommodate your needs better, I am available seven days a week, in the morning and afternoon.
I use HomeGauge inspection software to generate a professional report with a password protected link for viewing.
I can send a copy of your report to anywhere in the world at your request.
I specialize in new home construction.

My Qualifications

I am a member in good standing of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) and a Certified Master Inspector (CMI).

I have a Bachelors of Science in Fire Science from the University of New Haven. Additionally I have 10 years of experience conducting life safety, fire safety, building evaluations and home inspections.
